Well, you prevent this by getting them to eat more. Wait, how does that work? Well, the biggest mistake people make when it comes to their desire to get lean and muscular is that they stop eating.
Yes, the answer is in their nutrition…but no, that answer is not to stop eating.
They need to eat quality foods, including carbs, in a greater amount.
